1 1/2 cups coconut or distilled water
½ cup great lakes gelatin
1 1/4 cup organic fruit juice without added sugars
1 1/4 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
Grease a 9″ x 4″ x 1″ dish/pan with light layer of coconut oil
Put coconut water into a large bowl and slowly whisk in gelatin until it is dissolved. This will quickly form into a solid gelatin.
Take a 2 quart sauce pan or pot and add sugar and set a medium heat. Pour in juice and stir/whisk until sugar dissolves. Keep an eye on this and keep it moving. You don’t want the sugar to burn. A Strong Body = Joint Awareness & Controlled Stress
Reset and reboot your physical body every morning and prime your nervous system for an aware and capable day. A busy mind makes a busybody. When you have a busybody it tends to skip over the movement and inefficiencies in a bid to meet your minds desire or imposed stress. As you operate daily in a stressful world, with things to do, and things to be done, our body overlooks the small details.
Morning Reboot – Follow the method daily!
1. Pick any joint. This could be a thumb or a shoulder, just pick one!
2. Set a timer for 60s to 90s.
3. Set your intention on the part of the body you picked.
4. For the entirety of the timer, move your joint as slow as possible.
A. You could do slow circles, squares, move it anywhere that feels good. Just do it as slow as possible.
Our bodies forget all these in-between spaces that you rediscover with this drill to help us be efficient. This drill helps with awareness, attention, and movement. If you can pick something new every day by the end of the month you’ll create a better mind to body connection.
